As a Charge Nurse within the RHS, you will take on a key leadership role in coordinating and delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care within your clinical area. You will provide day-to-day supervision of nursing teams, ensuring that patient care is delivered to the highest standard and in line with RHS policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff rotas, supporting junior colleagues, and acting as a point of escalation for clinical and operational concerns. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure efficient resource management within your area of responsibility.
This position is ideal for an experienced registered nurse who is confident in clinical decision-making, passionate about supporting others, and ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding leadership role in the RHS.
