Healthcare Assistant

Job Summary

As a Healthcare Assistant within the RHS, you will support the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care under the supervision of registered healthcare professionals. You will work closely with nurses, doctors, and other team members to assist with patients’ basic needs, helping to maintain their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing throughout their care.

Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, helping patients with mobility and nutrition, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to both patients and their families. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns about a patient’s condition to the appropriate staff.
